From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted and
introduced to Ernesto Rodriquez. At first I was apprehensive. Being that
I had had bad experiences buying a car in the past. This time, it was
different. Ernesto was very knowledgable about the cars that I was
interested in and he was very patient with me. This buying experience
was painless and pleasant. Ernesto treated me with respect and made me
feel like I was a most important customer of his. The vehicle I
purchased needed a small modification and Ernesto advised for me to take
it into their service dept. Here is were I expected to be disappointed.
On the contrary, not only did they do a great job on my vehicle,
everyone was so nice to me. To my surprise, Ernesto shows up at the
service center to check up on me and my vehicle and it was his day off! I
recommend Sansone Jr. Dealership and Ernesto Rodriquez for their

When we went to the dealership we were introduced to Ernesto Rodriguez; a
real professional. It was our first time at Sansone Jr's 66 Auto Mall
in Neptune. My husband and I were given exclusive and undivided
attention. Mr. Rodriguez made us feel welcomed and very much at home.
Additionally, he made us feel worthy to make a purchase and ensured that
we would receive excellent service...which we did indeed receive. Mr.
Rodriguez was not only informative, but resourceful. You also have a
very good team that makes the entire purchase experience smooth. I am
very happy with the purchase that we recently made and with the APR rate
that was presented to us from the bank. He truly worked very diligently
to make sure that we received the best deal. The customer service that
we continue to receive from Mr. Rodriguez is second to none. I will,
without hesitation recommend friends and family to your dealerships
(Neptune and Keyport) and especially to see Mr. Rodriguez to experience a

The Best Service I have ever experience
From the first telephone conversation until the day I walked into the
showroom, my overall experience was amazing. I felt special, care about,
and understood. I fel as if joe Sonia anmd Mercedes were going to do
all they know howo help me and they did. I got the car I wanted, the
service I desired, and the overall kindness the every one desires. I was

A+ For Sansone Jr's Automall, Neptune
Everyone was professional, friendly and well mannered. My salesperson,
Cathy Traub, and sale's manager Gene, did everything to get me into the
car I wanted by answering all my questions and making me fell confident
in my purchase. Cathy Traub is a good saleswoman, she put me at ease and
found the right vehicle for me. Lorenzo Isidoro, in the finance
department, answered all my questions in a professional manner and was a
real gentleman, which is rare these days. Remy Ortiz, who delivers and
explains the many options on the Sorento SX is very knowledgeable and
took the time on his day off to answer questions I had after my
purchase. (I did not realized I had called his cell phone and it was his
day off.) I have bought many new cars in my lifetime, from Volvo's to
Toyota's and have encountered many rude pushy salespeople that just
confuse you. This is not the case at 66 Sansone Jr's Automall. I will be
replacing my second car, a Volvo, in a few years and will definitely
consider going back to see Cathy Traub at 66 Sansone. And will be
recommending Cathy Traub to friends and family of mine. I have not
serviced the Kia Sorento SX yet. I am hoping to have just as pleasant of
an experience. I will be doing a follow-up survey at that time. I give
66 Sansone Jr's Automall a thumbs up.
The Most Pleasant Car Buying Experience!!!
First and foremost,I would like to thank MERCEDES,ERNESTO and JASON for
going the distance so that I could go home(that Friday night)with a
car.I came across several reviews about how Rent2Own program changed
their lives.I never heard of such program before.Just like everyone
else,I have gone through a tough time especially last year.For months I
went to several dealerships and walking away humiliated and
disrespected.I was already losing hope,not knowing how I will be able to
get a car.I went to Sansone Jr's that Friday night,arriving an hour
before they close.I was greeted by Mercedes and I told her my
situation.She told me she will not allow me to go home without a car.I
was thinking,how?I was introduced to Ernesto,who asked for what I was
looking for in a car.He came back and told me that I may get a brand new
car.I can't believe it,I asked him "seriously?"he said yes!I got
emotional and started crying.Ernesto and Jason assured that it is a
brand new car.Mercedes told me that hardship should not discriminate
anyone from getting a car especially when you really need it.They are
very professional,the whole process was no hassle.Also,as a member of
the US Armed forces,I have never been treated more with respect.For
anyone out there looking to buy a car and hoping to be treated right,go
to Sansone Jr's.
Customer service made the sale
I have been shopping for a new car for 3 months and when I had it down
to 3 different manufacturers I began the test drives. While the product
itself did play a large part in my decision, it was the team at Sansone
Jr's. that sealed the deal. They were professional, direct and to the
point and in no way did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. I
have a Kia dealer 4 miles from my home. I chose Sansone Jr's., which is
50 miles away for a reason; their team.

I would like to congratulate you and thank you personnally for the wonderful experience I had recently purchasing a car because of Ernesto Rodriguez. Mr Rodriguez had just sold my son a car a week or so before I came to the dealership. My sales person was Ernesto Rodriguez and what a wonderful gentleman he is. I never felt pressured by him at all. He took his time to answer anything I needed to know. I think we all know going to a dealership to buy a new car can be very stressful. Mr. Rodriguez made my experience pleasurable and actually fun with him and Jason. He should be commended for his outstanding service, and his personable ways . I only hope that he is recognized for his excellent customer service skills and wonderful down to earth personality. You can bet he is one of Sansone Jr's assets!!!!!!!!!! and because of him I will come back : )

Things have changed! (at Sansone Jr's 66 Automall)
If you visited Route 66 AutoMall (now Sansone Jr's 66 Automall) in the past like we did,and were not so
satisfied, go back, because things have changed! The focus is on making
you, the customer, happy. After receiving a letter and phone call about
turning in my Nissan lease early, I took a chance and DID stop in,
thinking this was just another gimmick (as I experienced in the past at
this dealership). Well, was I surprised! This new philosophy led to not
only me, but my husband (who had a Honda) turning in our leases early
and getting new Nissans. This no-pressure attitude and aim to please
ethic was refreshing and quite honestly, surprising. We are both happy
new owners of a 2012 Rogue and 2012 Altima for just a few dollars more
than we were spending with older vehicles. As a loyal customer (3rd
Nissan), we were offered a great price and felt satisfied and
comfortable with the cost. We walked out of the dealership feeling that
the "shennaghans" that went on in the past were gone. I know we'll be
going there for service too since their service department was always
great.
I’ve never felt more comfortable or taken better care of than I did with Dan McGeveran
Mr. Sansone,
I wanted to send this message to you regarding Dan McGeveran
one of your Auto Mall sales representatives. In a nut shell Dan sold me
my 2010 Nissan Maxima in November of 2010 and I have to tell you that in all
the years of car buying I’ve never felt more comfortable or taken better care
of than I did with Dan. Just prior to my arrival at your dealership I had
a couple of bad experiences with other dealerships and dishonest sales
representatives so to come into your dealership and be greeted and taken care
of by Dan was refreshing. Dan sold me the Maxima with no issues and he really
made me feel like I was a VIP and a relative.
Once the deal was completed my wife and I made the decision
that any future purchases would be made through your dealership with Dan, so
when my latest purchase was on the horizon I came into see Dan
again. As usual Dan was fantastic as well as the supporting staff
at Sansone Jr’s and as a matter of fact I’ll be picking up my new
2012 Kia Sorrento this evening.
Mr. Sansone, I have to tell you that even though my company
was quoted a lower rate by another Kia dealer, I insisted that the vehicle be
purchased from your dealership and that the extra $400 was worth it because of
Dan and his attention to his customers. I’ve written a prior email
describing Dan and his professionalism and my personal experiences through your
website but I wanted to make sure that you know what an asset Dan is to Sansone
Jr’s as a customer for life.
